Description
Visually clean and pale. Fresh fruit on the nose, with subtle hints of indigenous yeast. It has a light entry on the palate, with good acidity. It develops properly as a young white, but with a touch of less work.

Winemaker’s note: Undoubtedly, a very risky bet, but a necessary one. Oenologically, it is not easy, the competition is tough, but we wanted to produce the most sincere and least manipulated de-alcoholized wine possible. We hope that the result will be very positive. Production of the white wine with selected yeast. Next, clarification, stabilization, and filtering. Subsequently, the wine is dealcoholized by vacuum evaporation, and the varietal aromas are incorporated. The mouth is balanced with a low addition of must and bottled cold.
