Production: 1.191 bottles

Varieties: 100% Malvasia Manresana

Winemaking: Harvest by hand. Maceration with skins for 20 days. Carbonic maceration of 20% of the harvest. Spontaneous cold fermentation for 30 days.

Aging: Aging in ceramic amphora for 6 months. Subsequently aged in bottle for a minimum of 15 months.

Bottling: April 20, 2022 with waning gibbous moon.

Winemaker’s note: It was not an easy vintage to make decisions. The heat of the summer, so hard, has caused the grapes to ripen quickly. The skin is ready, the acidity is remarkable, so we can keep it for a long time. Fermentation has been very long. I love the nose and the palate, it will be something big, we will see.

Treatments: Organic production, 4th year of regenerative viticulture. Planting of Legumes (times, herbs and peas), Cruciferous (White mustard) and Poacias (Avada and Barley), in alternate rows. Little fermented com- pound, low C/N ratio. We want to provide organic matter and nitrogen in an easy way for the plant.
