Superbloom orange

Vinatge: 2023

Production: 6.401 bottles

Varieties: 50% Malvasia Manresana, 30% Malvasia y 20% Muscat.

Vinification: Light skin contact for 15 days. Drained without using the press. No sulphites were added during the whole process.

Bottling: February 15th of 2024

Winemaker’s note: Visually has a beautiful orange hue. Very curious nose, reminds us,
of the grapefruit and blood
orange. In the mouth, we’ve an intense entry, acidity and a long finish. The acidity reminds us to keep it for a long time in the bottle. We strongly believe in this variety. It’s really light and easily drinkable.

Viticulture

Aging: Battonage and lees work for 4 months, with a weekly stirring.

Pruning: Malvasia Manresana and Malvasia are Trellys-trained. Muscat is the Old gobelet prunning.
