Vinification: Light skin contact for 15 days of each variety. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel for 30 days. Controlled temperature. No sulphites were added durnig the whole process.

Winemaker’s note: Visually clean and fruity colour. Fresh red and white fruit. Very pronounced blueberry flavours mixed with dried fruit and wild yeast. When in the mouth it’s rich, balanced and we can feel the acidity of Picapoll Negre.
Viticulture
Aging: Battonage and lees work for 6 months, with a weekly stirring.
Pruning: Picapoll Negre, Picapoll Blanc and Garnatxa Negra are trellis-trained.
