Varieties: 90% Garnatxa Negra and 10% Picapoll negre

Vinification: Skin contact for 4 hours. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel for 14 days. Controlled temperature.

Bottling: February 19th of 2024

Winemaker’s note: Visually clean and pale. Fresh fruit on the nose, with subtle hints of indigenous yeast It has a light entry on the palate, with good acidity. It develops properly as a young rosé but with a touch
of lees work.

Viticulture

Aging: Battonage and lees work for 3 months,
with a weekly stirring.

Pruning: Garnatxa Negra and Picapoll negre: trellis-trained.
