Description
Visually clean and deep yellow. On the nose has a very good aromatic intensity with notes of white fruit. It has a light entry on the palate, with the good acidity of the Sumoll Blanc. It is tasty and long, with a very interesting Touch of indigenous yeast.

Vinification: Skin contact for 2 days. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel for 20 days. Controlled temperature. No sulphites were added durnig the whole process.

Viticulture
Aging: Battonage and lees work for 4 months.
Pruning: Sumoll blanc is pruned as the Old Gobelet style.
Garnatxa Blanca and Picapoll Blanc is trellis-trained.
