Winemaker’s note: A variety very versatile and very ours. White garnacha has many faces, in this case with low temperature fermentation, we make it looking for youth, the most aromatic part and that in the mouth stands out for its acidity
Viticulture
Vinification: Lightly defanged. Alcoholic fermentation at a very controlled temperature of 15oC. Aged on lees for 2.5 months. Clarified with vegetable protein, filtered before bottling
