Description: Start your day enjoying an outdoor experience in a privileged natural environment full of vineyards and imposing views of Montserrat.

The team will welcome you at the INNAT club oering a gift and a drink, a moment that the yoga teacher will use to describe the details of the class. At the end of the practice, you will enjoy a healthy breakfast with seasonal products.

Later you will indulge in pure relaxation in our ÀNIMA wellness refuge to enjoy a ritual choice among the following options:

–  wine therapy massage: let yourself be enveloped by the antioxidant eect of the grape lees and the oil from its seeds
–  chiromassage to stimulate the body’s self-healing: achieve a progressive state of relaxation and relieve stress
– neuro sedative massage: based on slow and graceful movements with a great eect on energy balance, calm and tranquility

Upon finishing, you will enjoy our facilities: a pool and terrace surrounded by vegetation and you can make use of the bikes available at the Cabins reception to explore the landscape and biodiversity.
