The wine that certifies one of our great bets: the recovery of indigenous varieties. Made uniquely and exclusively with Picapoll Negre, it is an elegant and delicate wine. It is aged for nine months in a 300-liter French oak barrel and then rested in the castle’s cellars. We make a limited edition of just over 1000 bottles.
Fresh, with clean aromas of red and black fruit and elegantly spicy, it is a balanced and long-lasting wine in the mouth that achieves the maximum expression of this ancestral variety. A wine that reflects the terroir of a selected vineyard, which follows the methods of organic viticulture, with manual harvesting and careful attention to vinification and aging.
