We come from a land of wine
Oller del Mas wines owe their distinctive flavour to the outstanding winemaking tradition of el Pla de Bages. Some historians suggest that the name comes from the Latin Bacchus, the God of wine. It is one of the most emerging designations of origin in recent years.
A harsh climate with little rainfall and chalky clay loam soil enables us to create premium quality wines imbued with the balsamic notes of lavender and thyme, two aromatic plants which are widespread in the forests around our vineyards.
