Tasting notes

Ruby red color, fruit of carbonic maceration. On the nose, the aromas of carob and cherry stand out among the nuances of vinification with indigenous yeast. In the mouth they wanted to make known the delicacy of this variety, giving it texture with the work on lees.

Climatology
