Winemaking method
Usage of our own yeasts selected under temperatures of 17ºC.
Working with total mothers. Stirring every 2 days after alcoholic fermentation and spacing the stir-fries 2 times a week until November and once every 15 days until January.
Tasting notes
Pale red color, clean and bright.
Intense red fruit character. Lightly scented with notes of cherry and strawberry lollipops with a very well balanced acidity.
The palate is long, round, very sweet and refreshing at the same time.
It is advised to be served between 6ºC and 8ºC.
Climatology
The area has a Mediterranean climate with continental influence. The rainfall of the vintage was very similar to 2018, reaching 740 mm. At the same time we had slightly higher temperatures, reaching peaks of 44ºC in July.
