Winemaking method
Merlot devatting with three hours of maceration.
The Picapoll is pressed directly after one hour of cold maceration.
Fermented in different deposits for 21 days at 16ºC.
Four months of aging with lees with a pumping over weekly.
Tasting notes
Pale red color, clean and bright.
Intense red fruit character. Lightly scented with notes of cherry and strawberry lollipops with a very well balanced acidity.
The palate is long, round, very sweet and refreshing at the same time.
It is advised to be served between 6ºC and 8ºC.
