Our wines are made with the best grapes that only come from our own vineyards. Very limited productions that express “terroir” and identity.

Vins de château that exude history and transmit the essence of historical figures like Arnau and Bernat Oller: depth and master craftsmanship.

The elegance of a local varietal

The wine that proves one of our big ambitions: to reinstate our local varietals. Made purely and simply from Piquepoul Noir, this is an elegant and delicate wine. It has been aged for nine months in 300-litre French oak barrels and then rested in the castle cellars. We produce a limited edition of just over 1,000 bottles.

Fresh, with clean aromas of red and black berries and elegantly spiced, this is a balanced wine with a long aftertaste that achieves the ultimate expression of this ancestral varietal. A wine that reflects the terroir of a vineyard that follows organic farming methods with manual picking and careful production methods and ageing.

Varietal: 100% Piquepoul Noir.

A top 10 Vi de Finca

An exclusive wine, Oller del Mas’s top product, made only in exceptional vintages and with a very limited production. A stunning vin de château. Smooth and elegant. The grapes come from a small, old vineyard called La Bohiga and from the Margenat vineyard; 3 hectares in total. Land, time and nobility in a bottle.

Varietals: Variable % Merlot, variable % Piquepoul Noir from selected vineyards.

Plots: La Bohiga, Margenat.

Type of barrel: French oak, new.

Aging in barrel: a minimum of 12 months.

Production: 4,000 bottles.

Vi de Finca: Arnau Oller has been classified as a Vi de Finca, the highest recognition for a wine that is given in Catalonia, awarded by the Institut Català de la Vinya i el Vi (INCAVI). Catalonia has only five wines that have received this distinction, which is given to wines made only with grapes from a specific estate that, because of its microclimate, the nature of its terroir and its production methods, make it a product of excellent quality.

Bernat Oller negre

A red wine made from the Merlot and Piquepoul Noir varietals, it rests in the castle’s cellar until it is ready to be tasted.

Varietals: Merlot and Piquepoul Noir.

Plots: Alsinar, Margenat.

Bernat Oller rosat

A rosé wine also made from the Merlot and Piquepoul Noir varietals. After a brief maceration at a very low temperature, we obtain a wine with a unique personality, with a very fruity nose: cherry, redcurrant, cassis and various spices. It has a long, deep and refreshing finish.

Varietals: Merlot, Piquepoul Noir.

Plots: Auseré, Margenat.

Bernat Oller Blanc de Picapolls

100% native varietal. Made with the best grapes of our local varietals, Piquepoul Blanc and Piquepoul Noir, recovered from the oldest vines on the estate. The latter varietal is kept separate until the last moment, following the blanc de noir method. Mineral and fresh fruit aromas (lemon, pear, apricot, peach, etc.) open up an unctuous palate that denotes charisma and the relatively harsh climate of the area. Elegant and tasty, it reflects the identity of the place and its unique varietals.

The first Catalan wine to be carbon footprint certified

Petit Bernat negre

An elegant and profound red wine. It has the exquisite aromas of blackberry, cherry, violet, forest herbs, cedar and toasted bread with balsamic notes. It is aged for at least three months in second and third-year French oak barrels. A wine that will not go unnoticed. Excellent value for money.

This was the first Spanish wine to be Carbon Footprint certified, attesting to the low levels of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere during the production process.

Varietals: Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Piquepoul.

Plots: Rajadell, President, Pocsicull, Gamisans, Forn, Simulacre, Nájer and Margenat.

Petit Bernat Blanc

Made from the Piquepoul Blanc and Macabeu varietals, it has a fresh and fruity personality. It is straw-yellow in colour with greenish hues and the primary aromas really stand out, with notes of very fresh fruit and herbs. Smooth and fresh on the palate, it has a very balanced acidity. It’s ideal for sharing and enjoying with company.

Varietals: Macabeu, Malvasia.

Plots: Aiguamoll, Quintana Vella, Maldonado, Masia.

  Since 2013, we’ve been making an extra virgin olive oil that complies with organic farming criteria and is obtained through a simple process of cold pressing and bottling that preserves its exceptional organoleptic qualities.
