The strength and identity of a unique terroir.

Our estate has 600 hectares of cultivated land and woodland. And 60 of these hectares are vineyards.

We want to preserve the identity of the local area and have made great efforts to reinstate our local grape varietals. Fine varietals such as Merlot, Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon co-exist with native varietals like Piquepoul Blanc, Piquepoul Noir and the traditional Mandó, Malvasia Manresana, Samsó and Macabeu.

Our proximity to Montserrat is a key factor: it serves as a backdrop, shelters us from the sea breeze and creates a continental microclimate that, with its intense changes of temperature from night to day, is perfect for the grapes to ripen properly.

At Oller del Mas not a single grape is allowed that isn’t grown on our own estate. We want to maintain the identity of a unique terroir. Respecting the soil and the native flora and fauna is the way we show our love for the estate’s biodiversity.
