Bernat Oller blanc de Picapolls
A unique wine made with white and red piquepoul grapes to create a blanc de noirs (white wine from red grapes). The red variety gives it structure and body combined with the freshness of the picapoul white grapes. A dry and gastronomic white, which is very expressive and with a creamy and very pleasant palate.
NOTE FROM THE WINEMAKER
A complex wine in which the red Piquepoul variety expresses its full essence and authenticity.
With delicate and subtle fragrance of red fruits combined with spicy and floral touches from its ageing process in French oak barrels.
This is a delicate and structured wine, which is distinguished by its balanced acidity and a pleasant lingering aftertaste. This balance and lingering aftertaste make it a very elegant wine.
To summarise, an exclusive wine that expresses the “terroir (land)”, the climate and the nobility of our Pla de Bages estate.
